DESILUCION "HOTEL DECAMERON AQUARIUM EN EXTINCION"
La ubicacion es muy buena cerca al centro. La alimentacion es rica, Nos gusta mucho la reserva en el Club de Playa Rocky Cay. Todo el personal es muy amable dispuestos a colaborar. La vista desde la habitacion era hermosa.
Nos hemos hospedado en el hotel Decameron Aquarium unas 8 veces y dejamos de ir año y medio, nos hospedamos del 1 al 5 de Mayo de 2025 note muy deteriorado el hotel. Esta tomando aspecto de hotel viejo. Es la primera vez que nos dan una habitacion en el primer piso sin embargo la tomamos porque mi madre no puede subir escaleras. Nos hospedamos en la habitacion 1302 y durante nuestra estadia matamos 3 cucarachas grandes 2 en el baño y una en la sala. Lo cual realmente me parecio muy desagradable y sucio, nos tocaba dejar las maletas y lo de aseo todo guardado en bolsas por miedo a que se nos metiera un bicho de esos. El baño de la sala super viejo, el lavamanos con hongos negros horrible, todo el tiempo olia a cañeria. Las camas de la sala oxidadas feas, los colchones sucios rotos paraecen colchones recogidos. Realmente estamos muy desilucionados no pensamos volver al hotel aquarium. Si continuan abandonando el hotel se va a extinguir, el mar lo va a consumir, nisiquiera lo pintan.

Vista insuperable en un entorno impresionante
Hermoso entorno, con una vista impresionante, la habitación con hermosos ventanales al mar, la comida muy bien, el personal muy amable, nos encantó.
Le falta un poco de mantenimiento, se ve que estuvo en auge en los 80/90 y ahora necesitaría un poco de renovaciones en las instalaciones, pero es muy muy hermoso. El entretenimiento justo los días que estuvimos sufrió un imprevisto, según nos dijieron y no cantó ni tocó la banda, y nos quedamos todos esperando como una hora sin más información, tampoco estaba en funcionamiento la discoteca. Las animaciones podrían mejorarse.

El trato del personal durante toda la estancia fue excelente. La alimentación en los restaurantes, desayuno, almuerzo y cena muy variada y deliciosa. Como el hotel maneja varios restaurantes internamente, recomiendo restaurante buffet Barracuda y La bruja. Los shows nocturnos variados y muy entretenidos. Está bien ubicado, muy cerca de todo. Áreas comunes agradables.
Para realizar la reservación de los restaurantes, se requiere una hora específica. El lugar requiere mantenimiento pero está en condiciones de funcionamiento. Los snacks que nos ofrecía eran siempre perro y hamburguesa, se pueden variar. Los productos de la barra libre no eran tan buenos.
